Having assisted clients of Rothco Financial Group for many years with estate planning and will related enquiries, through trusted legal partners, Tom Wilson decided to create a personalised offering through the firm by establishing Rothco Wills and Estate Planning.
This was a clear signal of intent to take complete control of the proposition to clients and to ensure that the mission statement of Rothco, which embodies total customer satisfaction, could be managed and delivered internally.
Tom has over 30 years experience in all aspects of financial planning and is qualified to above the benchmark levels. He has been Managing Director of Rothco since it’s inception in December 2001 and currently oversees the management of over three thousand clients.
Tom, in line with Rothco’s other key people, is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and is motivated, above all else, by maintaining his and Rothco’s reputation, for always going the extra mile for clients.
A proud Dad of two children, he recognises the absolute need to protect ones assets, in order to ensure that the hard work involved in securing them, is passed on, without cost and complication, to his loved ones. Tom often combines his business and social life, as he is heavily involved in grass roots sports and is a proud benefactor to various sporting/charitable entities.
Tom has a genuine empathy and understanding towards his clients and takes the responsibility of looking after their needs extremely seriously and professionally. It is of paramount importance to him that the client feels understood, valued and satisfied. The whole of the Rothco business has been built on referrals, so the evidence of customer satisfaction is definitely shown in the growth of the business.
